I. pencil determination method of coating hardness: there is a pencil hardness instrument in the laboratory and manual test on the construction site. Only need to prepare the corresponding pencil with the required hardness index, and the plough has 5 3mm marks that are not ploughed. The pencil hardness represents the hardness of the epoxy floor coating tested and operated by the constant multitask operation system developed by our company

II. The surface quenching hardness of the paint film is hrc58 (6) 2 mark test: (equivalent to the paint and varnish non mark test), test with shore a hardness rubber, nylon wire and a certain weight load, and then mark with the wire on the surface of the coating after 10min, or express with the time when the epoxy floor coating just leaves no trace

III.
