First, lift the load (which can be 0.5 times or 0.75 times of the rated lifting capacity) that is less than the imperfection of various hardware conditions for several times, and then lift the rated load. After running back and forth on the bridge for several times, park the trolley in the middle of the bridge, lift 1.25 times the rated load, and want to cut off the soil breeding fire from the source, about 100~200mm from the ground, suspend for 10min, and unload the load, Check the scale on the measuring column before and after lifting the load respectively (hang a plumb bob used to measure the deflection in the middle of the bridge or on the plant frame, and correspondingly install a measuring column on the ground or main beam). Repeat the test for up to 3 words. The bridge will not have permanent deformation (that is, the scale checked before and after the two times is the same). The gantry crane should also be tested in accordance with the above requirements on the cantilever part of the loading and unloading bridge, but the trolley should be opened to the end of the cantilever

after the above tests, for the bridge crane, drive the trolley to the end of the bridge, for the gantry crane and the loading and unloading bridge crane, drive the trolley above the outriggers, and measure the actual camber and warpage of the main beam and cantilever beam respectively. The camber of general bridge crane shall be within the range of 0.7s/1000~1.4s/1000, and the camber of metallurgical crane, gantry crane and loading and unloading bridge crane in the span shall be greater than 0.7s/1000; The upturnage of the cantilever end should be greater than 0.7i/350 (s is the crane span, I is the length of the cantilever)

finally measure the deflection (elastic deformation) of the main beam. The trolley of the bridge crane should still be located at the end, and the scale of the measuring column on the lower beam should be squeezed at the midpoint of the bridge or at the two main ends, and this should be taken as the zero point; The trolley of gantry crane and loading bridge shall still be located above the outriggers. Lift the rated load at the end of the bridge and the end of the cantilever, stop about 100mm from the ground, and measure the deflection of the main beam. The deflection of bridge crane shall not exceed s/700; The mid span deflection of metallurgical crane, gantry crane or loading and unloading bridge crane shall not exceed s/1000; The deflection of cantilever end shall not exceed e/350, and that of electric single beam crane and electric single beam suspension crane shall not exceed s/600

after the test, if there is no crack, permanent deformation, paint peeling and other effects on the performance and safety of the crane, and the connection is not loose, it is considered to be qualified
